Shaun Howdle
President and CEO
Shaun brings more than 25 years of industry experience from across Western Canada to his role as President & CEO. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Shaun spent many years in Alberta and the Vancouver region of British Columbia before returning home to Saskatchewan in the mid 2000’s with his family. Having held roles of progressive responsibility, his experience and strengths are in leading a diverse team towards growth and success. Shaun holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and is a licensed Canadian Red Seal journeyperson. Shaun has served on a number of non-profit boards and advisory groups, and is a founding Director for the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network (IMCN).
Regina Pratchler, CPA, CMA
Controller
Regina has worked in the accounting stream of the construction industry for over 25 years. Regina is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. Regina joined the STCI Group in 2021 and brings extensive expertise in operational accounting and business acumen to the team. Regina was born and raised in Saskatchewan and in her free time enjoys volunteering in various capacities within the community.
Dailen DeForrest
Operations Manager (KWS)
Dailen has been a valued member of Keys Welding Service for more than ten years, bringing with him over a decade of expertise in commercial and industrial construction and manufacturing. He is a Red Seal journeyperson welder and holds both CWB Level II and NACE Level II certifications.
Wes McDougall, P.Eng
Operations Manager (STCIC)
Wes is a Professional Engineer that hails from the Metis community of St.Louis, SK. and is a proud member of the Metis Nation of Saskatchewan. Wes graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2006 and has been involved in numerous multi discipline heavy industrial construction projects across Canada since graduation. Wes has performed numerous roles within the industrial construction industry such as field engineer, a CWB Level 2 Welding Inspector, Estimator and Project Manager on various types of Industrial Projects ranging from Hydrogen Plants to Cooling Towers. After many years on the road executing projects, Wes is happy to be home full time in Saskatchewan with his young family.
Greg Wagner, P.Eng
Operations Manager (STCIPS)
Greg is a Professional Engineer that currently lives in Saskatoon, SK. with his wonderful wife. Greg has an abundance of industry experience including the manufacturing of custom electrical products over the past 10 years. Over his past 37 years in the industry, Greg has been involved in many site expansions along with site-based electrical engineering, underground, building engineering, and telecommunications.
